Family oriented condominium. I think the facilities are nice
A very nice condo. Good air away from the crowded city feeling. everyday after coming back from work feel so relaxed and escape from the CBD.
A very nice place.. I live here.. But it deserves just 4 stars because of the pedestrian crossings. Even the new exit is dangerous as it is located right in front of basement exit
It’s very good not only for residents, but for their visitors and others. If you ever plan to come here, make sure you see the fish pond. Happy exploring!!
Resident here. It has a good combination of modern design with the continuous flow cascading pools and also the rustic eco pond and winding walkways around the estate. Relatively tucked in a quiet corner of pasir ris yet close to the center
This is one of the new build ups in Pasir Ris Groove with great landscaping, amenities and conceptual facilities included a resort grade swimming, gym room, functions hall, BBQ pits, skating area, tennis court, hammocks and etc etc.
Private assess to individual building with integration of smart access system.
This is one of the best choices for accommodation to balance up a healthy lifestyle and warm family tie.

From main road bus stop, there is no Service bus travel to the Condos at that area.
It is good walking exercises for those fit & healthy person as they can walk to the Condos.
For seniors and not fit & healthy, they will find problem of walking & very tired.
The walking path is narrow and walking toward the Condos is not save as always afraid of bicycles knocking us when we are walking, as we cannot see from behind our back. Suggestion is to have a cycling path for them.

Everytime come here the security very annoying
The security guard are polite and friendly. Bicycle is not allowed at swimming pool area, for the safety of their residents. Shuttle bus is available to Pasir Ris MRT.
